Easily lift and hang a central heating boiler with just one person

With the liftmobile, it is possible for one person to install central heating boilers weighing 120 kg or 160 kg, such as those made by Remeha. Boilers usually have connections at the bottom and buttons or instruments at the front. That is why we use a special support board with spacer rubbers to place the heating boiler on, so that these instruments are not damaged. Because no support legs are required on the liftmobile, you can reach over obstacles under the heating boiler.

Installing a central heating boiler in a cascade or line configuration

For example, you can easily install the 68 kg Remeha Quinta Ace 115 in a cascade configuration on your own with a Tiller®-liftmobile LM120HA. In-line configuration: mounted on the wall or mounted on a freestanding frame and in a very limited space.

Hanging/installing heavy Remeha Quinta Ace 160 central heating boiler

Installing or mounting a heavy heating boiler in a small space is difficult. Especially a set of three Remeha Quinta Ace 160 boilers in a cascade configuration in a space where you can barely stand. The heating boilers weigh approximately 125 kg each and are carefully lifted and installed using the LM160HA liftmobile. At the end of the video below, the engineer receives user instructions so that he can do it himself in future.

How do I use the lifting device to lift and hang my central heating boiler?

Place the heating boiler in the mounting position on the liftmobile. Secure the Remeha heating boiler with a tension strap. Transport the heating boiler to the desired position, just in front of the wall, as you would with a normal hand truck. As soon as you raise the liftmobile slightly, the wheels are immediately braked, so that the liftmobile with the heating boiler on it cannot roll away. You can easily balance the liftmobile with the heating boiler while lifting it. Once you have the heating boiler at the correct height, you can move the liftmobile forward electrically and place the heating boiler against the wall. The brakes remain engaged, so you can easily maintain balance. The liftmobile keeps the heating boiler firmly pressed against the wall and remains leaning against the wall when you release the tension strap. This leaves your hands free to install the heating boiler.

You can install central heating boilers in particularly small spaces, because the Tiller®-liftmobile can easily be rotated around its axis. See also the video below:
