Easily install and lift a Sigenergy home battery with just one person

With the Tiller®-liftmobile, a single person can stack or mount on a wall lithium-ion or lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries or home battery systems from manufacturers such as SIGenergy, LG, Enphase, Dyness, SolarEdge, GoodWe or Tesla Powerwall, weighing up to 160 kg. The batteries usually have connections on the underside and buttons or controls on the front. As the Tiller®-liftmobile has no support legs or support platform, you can reach over these obstacles beneath the battery modules.

Installing a (lithium-ion or saltwater) SIGenergy battery, emergency power supply or home battery at height

If the battery needs to be installed at a height of more than 1.10 metres, you can use the EA extension unit, an adjustable mounting pole. This adjustable mounting pole allows the battery to be positioned at a maximum height of 2.20 metres. The adjustable mast is fitted between the base model LM120 and the battery attachment. This gives you flexibility in positioning the battery at heights of up to approximately 2.20 metres.

How do I use the liftmobile to lift and install my battery or home battery?

Place the battery or home battery in the mounting position on the liftmobile. For example, the LG battery or Tesla Powerwall can be secured using an attachment with a strap (HA). Move the battery to the desired position – just in front of the wall – as you would with a hand truck. As soon as you raise the lift trolley slightly using the electric lift, the wheels are immediately braked, preventing the liftmobile and the battery from rolling away. You can easily keep the liftmobile and battery balanced whilst lifting it upwards.

A practical example of the installation of SigenStor Home Batteries.

Once you have positioned the battery at the correct height, you can drive the liftmobile forwards using the electric motor and place the battery against the wall. The brakes remain engaged, so you can easily maintain your balance. The liftmobile holds the battery firmly pressed against the wall and remains leaning against it when you release the lashing strap. You now have your hands free to fit and install the battery. As the liftmobile has no support legs or support platform, you can reach over any obstacles beneath the battery. The hoist keeps the battery module horizontal whilst lifting and ensures it is positioned vertically for installation.

Special attachment for SIGenergy SigenStor batteries

The LM120HB SigenStor liftmobile enables a single person to stack SIGenergy SigenStor batteries. These batteries have connections and cooling fins on the underside. We therefore use a special attachment with a clamping mechanism to lift the SIGenergy SigenStor batteries, ensuring they are not damaged. As the liftmobile has no support legs or support platform, you can easily stack the battery modules on top of one another. There are no installation restrictions when stacking three or more battery modules. The liftmobile keeps the SigenStor horizontal during lifting and ensures that it is positioned vertically for installation.

Special attachment for SIGenergy SigenStack batteries

The LM160HB SigenStack liftmobile enables a single operator to stack SIGenergy SigenStack batteries. These batteries have connectors and cooling fins on the underside. We therefore use a special attachment with a hooking mechanism to lift the SIGenergy SigenStack battery by its original SigenStack handles, ensuring that the connectors and cooling fins are not damaged. As the liftmobile has no support legs or support platform, you can easily stack the battery modules on top of one another. There are no installation restrictions when stacking three or more battery modules.
