Easily install and lift a Sigenergy home battery with just one person

With the liftmobile, one person can install batteries or home batteries from, for example, SIGenergy SIGenStor or SIGenStack, Codia, Huawei or Tesla Powerwall weighing up to 160 kg on the wall. The batteries usually have connections at the bottom and buttons or instruments at the front. Because no support legs or platform are required on the Tiller®-liftmobile, you can reach over these obstacles under the battery modules.

Installing a (lithium-ion or saltwater) SIGenergy battery, emergency power supply or home battery at height

If the battery needs to be installed higher than 1.10 metres, you can use the EA attachment, an adjustable extension pole. This adjustable extension pole allows the battery to be placed at a maximum height of 2.20 metres. The adjustable extension pole is placed between the base model LM120 and the battery attachment. This gives you flexibility in placement at heights of up to approximately 2.20 metres.

How do I use the liftmobile to lift and install my battery or home battery?

Place the battery or home battery in the mounting position on the liftmobile. The Codia battery or Tesla Powerwall, for example, can be secured with a strap. Transport the battery to the desired position, just in front of the wall, like using a normal hand truck. As soon as you raise the liftmobile slightly, the wheels are immediately braked, preventing the liftmobile with the battery from rolling away. You can easily balance the liftmobile with the battery while lifting it upwards. The liftmobile keeps the battery module horizontal during lifting and ensures that it is positioned vertically for installation.

Once you have the battery at the correct height, you can drive the liftmobile forward electrically and install the battery against the wall. The braking action is maintained, so you can easily maintain your balance. The liftmobile keeps the battery firmly pressed against the wall and remains leaning against the wall when you release the strap. You now have your hands free to mount and install the battery. Because there are no support legs or support plate on the liftmobile, you can reach over obstacles under the battery modules.

Special attachment for SIGenergy SigenStor batteries

The LM120HB SigenStor liftmobile allows a single operator to stack SIGenergy SigenStor batteries. These batteries have connectors and cooling fins at the bottom. We therefore use a special attachment with a clamping mechanism to lift the SIGenergy SigenStor batteries, ensuring they are not damaged. As the Tiller®-liftmobile has no support legs or support platform, you can easily stack the SIGenergy SigenStor batteries on top of one another. There are no installation restrictions when stacking three or more battery modules. The liftmobile keeps the SigenStor horizontal during lifting and ensures that it is positioned vertically for installation.

Special attachment for SIGenergy SigenStack batteries

The LM160HB SigenStack liftmobile allows a single operator to stack SIGenergy SigenStack batteries. These batteries have connectors and cooling fins at the bottom. We therefore use a special attachment with a hooking mechanism to lift the SIGenergy SigenStack battery by the original SigenStack handles, ensuring that the terminals and cooling fins are not damaged. As the Tiller®-liftmobile has no support legs or support platform, you can easily stack the SIGenergy SigenStack batteries on top of one another. There are no installation restrictions when stacking three or more battery modules.
